Stop following diet plans that are someone else’s! Your food should be at your convenience , it’s not that hard to do that rather than following a fancy meal prep and ingredients a “social media Person” is posting up. They are are eating what they can afford , according to their goals, and their accessibility towards food which is probably with the money that you’ve made them (for an example). ALWAYS REMEMBER THE PRINCIPALS IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT CALORIES IN AND CALORIES OUT. So when your are creating or asking for a diet plan to be created for you make sure it is sustainable for you rather than strict according to someone else’s convenience! At the end of the days if it fits your CALORIES ACCORDING TO YOUR GOAL it’s good to go! 💪🏻💪🏻 Because you want it to last, it’s your money , and your body.
